Ltdonline Ltd is committed to protecting the privacy of our agents and their clients. This policy explains how we use and protect the information that you provide us with.


As an existing agent or a new agent that uses Ltdonline Ltd in order to incorporate a UK company by using our software that is available through your account on our web portal, you provide us with information including the name of your company, address, telephone number and the names of your staff who have access to the system. We ask for this information so that we can create and configure your online account.

No credit card details are stored by Ltdonline Ltd but are instead processed remotely by a link to our card processing provider’s secure online payment pages.

In order to facilitate the formation of the UK companies that you wish to incorporate, we will store the information that you provide to us, and the personal details of the Company’s officers and shareholders etc., of these companies, in a database. This database will contain information already in the public domain and initially certain information that is required to form a company. This will only be available through a registered users’ account/login. If you wish to delete the personal details of an officer or shareholder that are not available on the public record once the company has been formed, you can do so by editing or deleting this information from the company record by using the delete buttons provided. You may also delete either the whole company record or specifically, all and any personal details contained in a company record through the same process. This will then leave the Company Name, Company number and Authentication code on the company record. Once the information has been deleted it cannot be recovered as it will be permanently removed from servers of Ltdonline Ltd.

We do monitor website usage on a statistical basis to enable us to gather information about the user activity on our website. This information is not passed to any external third-party companies.

As and when required we may need to contact our agents by telephone or e-mail in order to facilitate the incorporation where problems have arisen with the application.

Where changes to the software or to the Companies Act 2006 legislation are required we may contact you by e mail or telephone to inform you of these impending changes and to provide software support and training to implement these changes in a Company incorporation. Cookies are files stored by the browser on your computer’s hard drive. The internet is not a secure medium. However, we have put in place various security procedures as set out in this policy. The secure server that provides the services offered by Ltdonline Ltd runs on a Windows operating system which is continually monitored and all available security maintenance is carried out as and when required.

The server is physically housed in a high security premises in Telehouse, London. Access to the server is only provided to authorised personal via security ID badges, which are monitored onsite by video surveillance and 24 hour security personnel.

Electronic access to the server is restricted at IP level by a firewall. All unnecessary TCP/IP ports are closed to public access except those necessary for the operation of the website.

The TCP/IP ports that are necessary for the operation of the system are 80 (HTTP), 443 (HTTPS), 21 (FTP), 110 (POP3), 995 (POP), 143 (IMAP), 993 (IMAP), and 25 (SMTP).

The internal security protocol of Ltdonline Ltd covers the confidential storage, access and disclosure of your information.


If the business of Ltdonline Ltd is sold or integrated with another business, your details may be disclosed to any parties or any prospective purchasers and their advisers if it is germane to any negotiations. They will be passed on to the new owners in the event that the business is sold.
